It’s cozy, chocolatey, and refreshingly minty, but without the blood sugar spike. We used Eleven TLC’s Lavender Minty Matcha—a blend crafted to energize the mind and calm the nervous system.

III.  Thin Mint Matcha Latte Recipe (No Refined Sugar)

Make the Cacao Base:

  • ½ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, etc.)
  • 2 Tbsp organic cacao powder

  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

Heat to 150–160°F and whisk to combine.

Make the Minty Matcha Layer:

  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 Tbsp Lavender Minty Matcha Powder by Eleven TLC

Heat, whisk, and froth to blend.

Assemble Your Drink:

  • Pour the cacao base into your mug.

  • Slowly pour the matcha layer over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.

  • Optional: top with whipped cream and dark chocolate shavings.
