Cancellation policy

1. CANCELLATION FOR ONE-TIME PURCHASES

  • Eligibility: You may cancel a one-time purchase if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel your purchase, contact us immediately at hi@eleventlc.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Refunds: Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
  • Note: Eleven TLC cannot be responsible for unaddressed cancellation requests on inevitable deliveries made through USPS' services outside of our company's control. 


2. CANCELLATION FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Cancellation Timing:

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

  • How to Cancel: Log in to your account on our website and follow the cancellation instructions under the "Subscription Management" section, or contact us at hi@eleventlc.com for assistance.
  • Refunds for Subscriptions: Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused portions of a subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. CANCELLATION FOR PRE-ORDERS

  • Eligibility: Pre-orders may be canceled up to 5 business days before the estimated shipping date. Once the order is processed for shipment, cancellations are not allowed.
  • How to Cancel: Submit a cancellation request via email to hi@eleventlc.com with your pre-order details.
  • Refunds: Approved cancellations for pre-orders will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES

Certain items may be marked as non-refundable or final sale at the time of purchase. These items cannot be canceled or refunded once the purchase is complete. Please check the product description for details.


5. CHANGES TO ORDERS

  • Modifications: If you need to make changes to your order (e.g., updating shipping details or changing product selections), please contact us at hi@eleventlc.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is processed.

6. GENERAL TERMS

  • Processing Time: Cancellation requests are processed during our regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST).
