Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your item to request a return. 


To start a return, you can contact us at hi@eleventlc.com with your order # and item. If your return is accepted, we’ll instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returnable Items Include:

  • Items Purchased within the past 30 days
  • Unopened cartons and packages 
  • Opened/sampled cartons (~80% contents remaining)
  • Bundle purchases

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Items purchased past 30 days 
  • We do not accept returns on completely used products
  • Partial bundles
  • 3rd party purchases  (i.e Amazon, Walmart or Sysco)
  • Sale items or gift cards.
  • Unshipped Items
  • International Orders

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Subscription Policy

Customers may opt out 72 hours before their subscription order is processed to allow ample time to make adjustments. It is the customer's responsibility to manage their subscription by skipping or canceling in time. If the subscription is not managed properly and the order is processed, the customer must either accept the shipment or return it for a full refund. Customers will never be charged for a subscription that was properly skipped or canceled before the processing date.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds + Return Fees

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that a 3% return processing fee per item will be deducted from your refund to cover handling costs.
It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
