Blue Matcha is 100% organic butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea), dried and finely milled into a single-ingredient powder with no fillers or added color. Despite the name, it isn't green-tea matcha and contains no caffeine.

Color that changes in the cup

The flower's natural pigments, anthocyanins called ternatins, give a deep blue that turns violet and pink when lemon, lime or another acid is added. It's a tableside color change built into the ingredient.
