I have never actually liked matcha if I’m honest. But I know the health benefits ( if it comes from Japan). I decided to give matcha.com’s matcha a try and wowza!!!! It is smooth and delicious. I mix it with cold water and one stevia each morning and it’s now replaced my beloved coffee because my palate is so clean and fresh I have no desire for coffee. I highly recommend the hand tea blender as well. Powerful and very pretty design.
