I. The Journey Within: Understanding Your Vibration

Have you ever paused amidst the rush of daily life and honestly asked yourself: How do I feel right now? It sounds simple, yet this question holds profound power in a world focused on doing rather than being. Our deepest clarity, peace, and authentic expression often begin with tuning into our inner state — our vibration.

Think of your vibration as your energetic fingerprint — the felt sense of who you are beneath the noise. It’s the frequency you transmit to the world, consciously or unconsciously. And it’s shaped by everything: your thoughts, emotions, the food you eat, the media you consume, the people you spend time with, the spaces you inhabit — and even the belief systems and opinions you never consciously chose, but absorbed through culture, schooling, or survival.

Begin to notice what feels off: the headlines that jolt your nervous system, the voices that cloud your clarity, the habits, places, and people that dim your light.

II. The Four Layers of Your Being

To truly understand alignment, recognize that we exist on multiple levels simultaneously. We have four interconnected bodies:

  • Physical Body: The tangible vessel that carries us through the world. How does it feel? Is it energized, tired, tense, relaxed? (Which has 4 brains systems -we will go deeper into this on another blog so stay tune.)
  • Mental Body: The processor of our thoughts, logic, beliefs, and learning patterns. What stories are playing in your mind?
  • Emotional Body: The realm of feelings – the vibrations we experience and emit. What emotions are flowing through you?
  • Environmental Body: The spaces we inhabit and the energies around us – our home, workplace, relationships, and community. Does your environment support or drain you?  

When we bring awareness to these four bodies and intentionally align them — choosing how we want to feel and matching our actions and thoughts to that — we return to center. We build a life that feels chosen, not programmed.

III. The Intelligent Heart: Compass of Coherence

This is the highest intelligence we can be guided by. 

This requires openness and discernment — the willingness to feel, the courage to question, and the grace to change what no longer serves.

Gratitude anchors this process. It resets your field, recenters your being, and brings you back to the pulse of your own truth.

 IV. Your Emotions: Powerful Messengers, Not Problems

  • What aspect of my life feels out of alignment?

  • What feelings do I genuinely want to cultivate more of (e.g., peace, strength, clarity, joy, creativity, connection)?

  • What thoughts, beliefs, or habits might be standing in my way?

Be patient and kind with yourself + others. Change takes time. Track your shifts. Notice when something softens, releases, or clears — and let that awareness guide you for ward.
