My brain can always use help, and this is it!
I had wanted to try some blue spirulina in my smoothies so I figured to give this a try. Not fishy at all. It mixed well and gave a nice blue color to my drink. I definitely like it better than the green spirulina tastewise.
After 3rd day I was extremely 😩 fatigue
