Bali Bloom — Hibiscus Tea + Butterfly Pea Ice | Food Service

Bali Bloom hibiscus iced tea with violet butterfly pea ice beside an Eleven TLC Bali Rose tea jar and Organic Butterfly Pea Powder 500g pouch on sunlit travertine.

A little flower power. A signature worth pouring.

Tart hibiscus, soft rose + warming spice over blue butterfly pea ice. A colorful, caffeine-free iced tea for the café menu, with the cubes made ahead and each glass finished to order.

1 drink, plus extra butterfly pea ice · steep 15–20 minutes · allow time to chill + freeze

Ingredients

  • For the ice batch: 1 tsp Eleven TLC Organic Butterfly Pea Powder from the 500g pouch + 16 fl oz filtered water
  • For 1 drink: 2 heaping tsp Bali Rose Hibiscus Tea + 8 fl oz hot water
  • Butterfly pea ice, enough to fill one glass
  • Fresh mint, for garnish

How to make it

  1. Make the ice ahead: whisk 1 tsp butterfly pea powder into 16 fl oz filtered water. Pour into an ice tray and freeze until solid. This ice batch makes enough for several drinks.
  2. Steep 2 heaping tsp Bali Rose in 8 fl oz hot water for 15–20 minutes. Strain and chill fully.
  3. Fill a glass with butterfly pea ice, pour over the chilled tea, and garnish with mint. Stir gently before serving; the colors will mingle as the ice melts.

Why this cup works

Bali Rose brings hibiscus, cinnamon, ginger + rose petals; butterfly pea brings the blue. Both are naturally caffeine-free, and the base recipe has no added sweetener. Prep the ice and tea ahead, then let the final pour create the color play.

Prepare for service

Make the butterfly pea cubes ahead and chill the brewed tea fully before assembling. Finish each glass with fresh mint. The colors and layers are temporary; natural blending is part of the presentation.

For larger tea batches, follow our Bali Rose batch-brewing guide. Keep the same one-drink pour over your prepared butterfly pea ice.
