  • 1 tbsp (½ fl oz / 15ml) Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ cup (2 fl oz / 60ml) warm filtered water
  • ¾ cup (6 fl oz / 180ml) cold filtered water, plus extra to taste
  • Ice; maple syrup optional, to taste

Iced service

  1. Whisk the drink mix into the warm water until evenly dispersed.
  2. Stir in the apple cider vinegar and cold water.
